Jared Tennant

I am a 29-year-old photographer born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York. I have been behind a camera since 2014, and I graduated with a BFA in Photography and Related Media from The Fashion Institute of Technology in 2023 in New York City.

I view the vast majority of my work as a documentation of my life and of those I have chosen to spend it with. My primary goal as a photographer is to create images that transcend the passing of time. I’ve always been very drawn to nostalgia and tangibility, and I hope to convey a longing for permanence in my work.
